Moved with his parents to Lincoln County, North Carolina about 1770.
After his marriage to Dolly Fulbright, he moved his wife and 8 children
to Daviess County, Indiana about 1816. He has many descendants there,
although the present generation bearing the Myers name is not nearly as
numerous in Daviess County as in the late nineteenth and early twentieth
centuries.
